Today we are pleased to announce a new feature to Cloud Commerce Pro. We are rolling out a feature called Loyalty Points which allows you to set points which can be earned and spent by your customers when they make purchases. Eventually, these points will be able to be earned across all channels, but right now we are starting with EPOS, the Cloud Commerce Pro electronic point of sale system.
From today you will see a new feature on the customer pages that lets you see and make adjustments to a customers points balance.
You can also configure the number of points earned and their monetary value in the configuration screen.
or on the channel screen or indeed specific points earned for an individual customer.
Within a few days, we will release a new version of the EPOS system where you can actually call up the customers balance and let customers spend their points when making purchases.
Soon we will make points earning and spending be available for all channels.
